Terms and Conditions of Service

Tamun Musiikki Oy (2706599-8) sells a digital audio service to private individuals and businesses in Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. All product prices include 25.5% VAT.

1. Ordering

Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery and the price of the listening license. An order confirmation will be sent by email, including the ordered products and the price.

The contract is formed between the customer and Tamun Musiikki Oy. Tamun Musiikki Oy is responsible for all obligations related to the sale.

2. Payment

Payment is secure, as all transaction details are transmitted using an encrypted connection, preventing third parties from seeing the information.

For recurring subscriptions, the payment intermediary is Stripe.

3. Payment Methods

Recurring subscriptions are paid via Stripe using a credit card. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle chosen by the subscriber, until the subscription is canceled.

4. Activation of Subscription

By paying the license fee, the customer receives a username and password to log into the service. The service will end if the customer does not pay for the next billing period.

Recurring subscriptions are activated immediately upon ordering.

5. Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints

The subscription can be canceled in the My Account section or by sending an email to info@harmoniaudio.fi.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to take disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.

The subscription fee will not be refunded even if the subscriber stops using the service before the end of the paid license period.

6. Other Terms

Harmoniaudio.fi is available 24/7 except during maintenance or in cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, internet outages). Harmoniaudio is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations if caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control that cannot reasonably be avoided or overcome (force majeure).

The customer may not share login credentials with third parties or copy the service’s content.

The service content is protected under copyright law and international agreements. All rights, including copyrights, belong to Harmoniaudio.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, in the Ostrobothnia District Court.
